Pordenone Docs Fest’s Industry program is a living space for documentary film professionals to exchange ideas, designed to inspire, connect and build new trajectories in the audiovisual landscape.

Through panels, roundtables, masterclasses and networking moments, we explore pressing issues and long-term visions, moving from distribution to education, from reflections on the state of the art of film exhibition to new forms of international collaboration.

Our program grows from year to year with a twofold objective: to strengthen more and more the link with the territory and to become an international reference point for those working in documentary film, a platform that promotes exchange among professionals from all over Europe and beyond, fostering comparisons, synergies, and shared visions, and an open observatory on the present of the industry and its transformations, where authors, producers, programmers, distributors, and cultural decision-makers meet.

With an eye always on the growth of emerging talent and dialogue with the community, Industry is the beating heart of the festival’s professional days, responding to industry challenges, supporting new ideas and multiplying opportunities for discussion.
