Docs without Borders – Cross, Connect, Expand

Six documentaries and their authors present themselves in a unique event where directors of national and international festivals select their “documentary of the heart” of the year from the latest edition of their festival. The goal is to offer these films, often acclaimed by critics and the festival circuit, a special showcase to be discovered or rediscovered, a platform to gain visibility, and a unique opportunity for distributors, exhibitors and industry professionals to discover new quality works and for filmmakers to expand their audiences, fostering the circulation of meaningful stories within and beyond national borders.

The selected films, and their festivals, are:
