The Cinema of the Future: From Hall to Cultural and Social Space

The new face of cinema: from screenings to shared experiences, between culture, community and innovation.

Thanks to recent funding and a renewed interest in the social role of cinema, many theaters are being transformed into cultural centers, hybrid spaces for collective experiences. This change includes technological upgrades, improved comfort and redefinition of the theater as a place of identity. This meeting of industry players aims to analyze the present and future of movie theaters, discussing strategies to engage audiences, redesign spaces and ensure economic sustainability. Innovative and virtuous examples of European cinemas will be presented, and the national regulatory framework and investment opportunities for modernization will be explored in depth. The concept of premium experience, with advanced technologies and personalized services, and the role of cinema as an integral part of cultural life will be explored. In addition, the positioning and marketing of theaters to enhance their identity and attract audiences will be addressed. The goal is to make theaters not just screening venues, but true cultural and social landmarks, strengthening their connection with the community.
